How to Return

- Include your order number and reason for return (optional)
- You'll receive return shipping instructions
- Ship items back in secure packaging
- Include original packing slip or order information
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Original shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded
- Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products not purchased directly from Rosé
- Products past the 60-day return window
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

- Take photos of damaged items/packaging
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately
- No return shipping costs in these cases
Subscription Orders
- Each monthly delivery falls under the same 60-day return policy
- Canceling subscription does not affect return eligibility
- Subscription discounts will be considered in refund amounts
Exchange Policy
- We do not process direct exchanges
- Please return unwanted items and place a new order
