How to Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return (optional)
  3. You'll receive return shipping instructions
  4. Ship items back in secure packaging
  5. Include original packing slip or order information

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Original shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded
  • Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products not purchased directly from Rosé
  • Products past the 60-day return window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Take photos of damaged items/packaging
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately
  • No return shipping costs in these cases

Subscription Orders

  • Each monthly delivery falls under the same 60-day return policy
  • Canceling subscription does not affect return eligibility
  • Subscription discounts will be considered in refund amounts

Exchange Policy

  • We do not process direct exchanges
  • Please return unwanted items and place a new order
